My favorite fried rice

Grill some pork, then cut into thin strips |
Shred some onions (1-2 big red or normal onions) Shred 6 to 8 cloves of garlic (or pound them) Scramble 5 eggs (dont overcook them) |
Chop the green part of green onions Chop 2 to 3 fresh red chili |
put the onion and garlic in the wok with some olive oil |
Add the rice and mix it well also add some white sugar |
Now season the rice with maggi add about 5 to 6 tablespoons of maggi. (i used 4 cups of pre-cooked rice) The rice should have a very nice full taste from the maggi. if its too salty add some sugar. |
Now add the pork, egg, chili and onions. add a little splash of peanut oil if its too dry. Enjoy your meal! |
