Mussels from the wok
Clean the mussels and remove any dead specimens |
put a tablet of vegetable or fish stock in a cup along with a spoon of white sugar and pour boiling water. Mix well and set aside |
Stirfry 3 cloves of garlic and 1 onion |
Add the mussels. mix well. stirfry for about 1 minute. |
Add some paprika powder and also a splash of soy sauce |
Now add some chopped celery, fresh chopped red chili and the stock mixture |
Mix it and add a lid to the wok. let it steam about 2 to 3 minutes |
Ready to eat. Mix well and transfer to a plate or bowl. |
I dressed the plate with some chopped green onion |
