Beef stew with mushrooms
Cut 2 big onions, 6 clove of garlic, one carrot and 2 tomatos |
add 750 ml of water with 2 beef cubes 2 spoons of white sugar and 3 bay leaves |
brown the meat in a wok. (dont brown all the meat at once, but about portions of 300 gr) |
Add all in the pan. also add the carrots now. give it a generous sprinkle of salt also |
Now grill your onions and garlic till they become fragrant and add to the pan. |
Now add the garlic, onions, tomatos, and some tomato paste |
now add 3 chopped dried chili, and some oregano leaves Let it simmer for about 2,5 - 3 hours |
Chop up some mushrooms, tastetthe broth if it needs some seasoning |
Now add the mushrooms in the pot mix and let it simmer for about 40 minutes without the lid |
