Glazed spareribs

 

 Boil the ribs for about 10 minutes

 

 Wash and clean the ribs

 

if possible remove the membrane at the lower side.

 heat up the oven on grill at 200 degree. let it roast for 5 minutes

 Turn ribs around sprinkle with some salt and peper, and roast another 10 minutes

after that apply any glaze you like. let it roast 5 minutes and turn around.
repeat this around 3x and its done
