Steamed Clams
My favorite spot to harvest when the wather is Sunny and warm
hahah. feelin with my toe's and grabbing them. the place is PACKED
with clams!

My favorite sauce for dipping:
Juice from 1 lemon
Juice from 1 lemon
Juice from 1 orange
2 spoon of Sugar
1 spoon of grinded black peper
2 spoon of Sugar
1 spoon of grinded black peper
1 deseeded reaper chili minced
(or 5 normal bird chili minced)
(or 5 normal bird chili minced)
to prepare, make sure u let them spit the sand before cooking them.
1. Add some oil in the wok
2. add some rough chopped garlic and onion and a cube of margarine
3. add the clams and a splash of rice wine and cover with a lid
4. after 2 minutes shake the wok a bit to spread the clams
5. after about 5 minutes they should all be open and done,
Put on a plate and serve with the sauce and enjoy!
