My favorite fried rice
(simple but delicious!)




Grill some pork, then cut into thin strips 
Shred some onions (1-2 big red or normal onions)
Shred 6 to 8 cloves of garlic (or pound them)
Scramble 5 eggs (dont overcook them)

Chop the green part of green onions
Chop 2 to 3 fresh red chili

put the onion and garlic in the wok with some olive oil
Add the rice and mix it well
also add some white sugar
Now season the rice with maggi
add about 5 to 6 tablespoons of maggi.
(i used  4 cups of pre-cooked rice)
The rice should have a very nice full taste from the maggi.
if its too salty add some sugar.
Now add the pork, egg, chili and onions.
add a little splash of peanut oil if its too dry.

Enjoy your meal!
