Deepfried Chicken thights

Deepfried Chicken tights
(3x method)


Cut the chicken tights in chunks, NOT too small!
(check if there are pieces of bones left)

Marinade the meat in some Soy, Sugar, rice wine/sake mix
I also added some chili.
also sprinkle salt and peper.
Let it marinade a few hours.

Add a deepfry mixture. (premade is fine)

Get the oil to 190 degree.
Now deepfry some of the chunks for 1 minute.
Then get it out and let it rest 1 minute.

Now let it fry again 1 minute.
Again get it out and let it rest a minute.
the give it a final fry of about 30 to 40 seconds and let it drain on
some kitchen paper.

Perfect juicy and crunchy
