Ayam Ketjap (Kip ketjap)

Ayam Ketjap
(Indonesische ketjap kip)

Stirfry the chicken for about 10 minutes
(while sprinkle it with fresh grounded black peper)
I used small drumsticks and deboned chicken thights

Stirfry the deboned chicken tights while
sprinkle with black peper.

Drain the fat

stirfry the chicken with ginger, garlic and onion.
(i used 1,5 kg of chicken and 5 cm ginger, 7 cloves of garlic and 1 onion)
You can also add a few chopped chili's

add 300 ml of water with chicken stock tablet,
Cover the wok with a lid or some alu foil.
Let simmer for about 10 minutes

Now add the Ketjap manis, just all about 150/200 ml
Stirfry it, then lower the heat and let simmer for about 10 minute.
now and then stir

Ready to eat <3

Enjoy this with some fresh rice, beans and some egg!
