Japanese Noodles (udon) with porkloin & shrimps

Udon noodles

Prepare the ingredients
Spring onions, garlic, ginger, sweet peper or paprika
and bean sprouts
Also stirfry an egg and set aside.

I use porkloin, this gets dry very fast when stirfrying
So i strifry the meat (DONT OVERCOOK!)
and then remove it. ill add it at the very end.
also some shrimps have been stirfried. Keep these ready for using.

make a sauce, a halve cube of chicken stock
in a small cup of boiling water. add 3 spoons of Sugar
and 2 to 4 spoons of oyster sauce.

If your using dried or fresh mushrooms,
first stirfry these.

Add onion, garlic and ginger.

Add the udon and slowly move and poke it around.

when it starts to loosen up, add the paprika or sweet peper.
also add 1/4th of the cup of sauce we prepared.

After a few minutes readd all the meat and the egg as well
Add almost all of the sauce now.
If its ' wet '  enough dont add all the sauce.

Dinner is ready

Chef is hungry :P

I made it for my lunch at work.
